- Teacher · propose a pilot class. We reply to set up a thirty-minute demonstration.
- Head of school, DPO · discuss a pilot, get the GDPR documentation (register, DPA, data-flow diagram).
- Parent, student · a question about Coach, or a request about your data (access, correction, deletion). Reply within 30 days at most for data requests, often much less.
- Researcher, press · feedback from the pilot classes, documentation, interviews.
